Availability Please note that certain items may not be available (out of stock) and will be noted in the description. Unfortunately, sometimes our suppliers may not keep us abreast of items that are currently out of stock or discontinued. If you have a large quantity needed of a particular item, please email us by clicking here --> Customer Service so we can check availability. Please note, if an item ordered is out of stock or discontinued that we were not aware of we will contact you immediately to advise and give you the option to backorder, make another selection, or cancel your order.
Minimums The majority of our items require no minimum purchase, but we do carry some items with a minimum restriction. Minimum restrictions will be stated in the description, please read carefully.

Sales Tax Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia (7%).
Delivery Time Most items will ship within 3 to 4 business days. Engraved, personalized items, or customized items (edible, soap, and candle favors are usually made only after ordering) will normally ship in two to four weeks. Please allow plenty of time for processing and shipping to receive your order prior to date needed! Absolutely no refunds due to items not arriving in time. This is your responsibility to allow enough time when you place your order.

Shipping Favors*Gifts*Galore uses several suppliers. We have arranged for our suppliers to ship your order directly to you. Our system calculates shipping charges based on speed of service, and the weight of your order. Additional shipping costs may arise. We will contact you if additional shipping costs are due before your order is shipped. We ship in the United States and Canada only. There is an additional $10.00 fee to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. There is an additional $5.00 fee to ship to Canada.
Perishable Items Due to high temperatures during the summer months there will be no guarantee on any candles or chocolates/candies shipped via ground. Between May 1st and September 30th you may want to pay extra to have those type of items shipped via air service.
